Struct ByteSplice

Splices a variable into a variable, given a byte range to replace.

Arguments

1. The variable to splice into.
2. The variable to splice from. Must not be the same as argument 1.
3. The byte index to start in the variable. Must be greater than or equal to 0.
4. The byte index to end in the variable. Must be greater than or equal to the start index, and less than the length of the destination string.
