Struct ByteSplice

Splices a string of hexadecimal bytes into a variable.

Arguments

1. The variable to splice.
2. The hexadecimal string splice into the byte.
3. The byte index to start in the variable. Must be greater than or equal to 0. 4? The byte index to end in the variable. Must be greater than or equal to 0. Defaults to the end of the string.
